Hi guys! I’ve been getting a lot of questions from non-vegans who are interested in going vegan, but are unsure of where to start. There are so many products out there that have animal byproducts in them that it can become overwhelming. That’s why I’m here! Below is a list of vegan alternatives that are both savory and healthy.

There are too many vegan power bars out there for you not to try one! Give a Cliff, Larabar, Simple Protein, or Sheffa Savory bar a chance if you want enough energy to start the day. There are so many flavors to choose from so you’ll never be forced to eat the same thing every morning.
Eat Vegan Butter instead of the other kind!
Vegan friendly butter is better for both your health and the animals! Opt for brands like Earth Balance or try I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter’s vegan butter. You can even make your by using some online recipes.
Drink plant-based milk instead of cow’s milk.
There are a plethora of options when it comes to plant based milk. You can easily find brands that offer almond, coconut, hemp, oat, soy, and rice milk. Give them a shot. I know you won’t be disappointed. They also come in an assortment of flavors like sweetened, unsweetened, chocolate, vanilla, and very vanilla if you’re a sweets type of person. Like butter, you can also make your own using an online recipe.
